Psychotherapy 

​I adopt an integrative approach, utilising a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused CBT, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, and Clinical Hypnotherapy, etc. I always ensure that my clients feel safe, acknowledged and accepted, and that they are heard with understanding, respect and without judgement. I work collaboratively with my clients to tailor suitable treatment plans based on each client's unique requirements and requests. I am dedicated to helping my clients identify their own strengths and inner resources, and to take action to enhance their emotional and mental wellbeing.
 

Having experienced complex trauma and suffered from depression and anxiety, my own healing journey has spanned nearly two decades, and has enriched me with deep empathy and compassion and the desire to help others heal. Having learnt profoundly from navigating multiple challenges both personally and professionally, I have applied the psychological skills and strategies in my own life to transform from coping and survival, to flourishing and thriving.

I work with clients on various issues such as hyperachievement, hypervigilance, stress and burnout; perfectionism, control and maladjustment issues; depression; anxiety; social anxiety; PTSD and complex trauma; religious trauma; self-esteem issues; emotional dysregulation; self-injury; eating issues; body-image issues; sexual abuse; domestic violence; grief and loss; relationship and family issues; couples counselling; LGBTQIA counselling, and postpartum mental health.
